Factors to consider when your bank statement does not agree with your cash book but you have reconciled all transactions for the relevant periods:

The bank statement is only up to a specific date, whereas the cashbook is up to the last transaction you entered. (For which you won't have bank statements yet.)

If you run the Cash Manager Cash Transactions Report (Cashbook-0002), enter the correct date and start balance, and then the end date also per your last bank statement. The report should agree with your bank statement end balance. If it doesn't, something has been missed.

You've reconciled incorrectly.

This not likely but it's not impossible that you flagged a transaction as reconciled that matches the same amount but the wrong date.

Alterations to the historical activity of the cashbook.

You may have inadvertently deleted an old transaction from years ago, thinking it was no longer relevant, but doing so will alter your final balance because the final balance is the sum of every transaction entered.

In that case, your quickest resolution is to adjust your final balance by adjusting your starting balance:
