the queue.

queue.

so that it won't be printed. To release it press Hold again.
Advanced...
Allows you to select advanced options. These
include:
Spooler Name
The name of the print spool file to open. CAPITAL
will automatically assign a spool name to each running copy of
Visual Builder but you may change the spool name here. This can
sometimes be useful if you wish to direct printing to a particular
spooler. For example, a computer system might be set-up to handle
dedicated fax printing. Print requests involving fax could be
directed to this spool file which would only be accessed by the
computer with the fax modem equipment.
Timer
The number of seconds to wait before CAPITAL
Visual Builder checks for pending print tasks in the print queue. A
very low number, such as 1 second, is recommended if you will be
printing from a full-screen DOS application. The minimum setting is
1 second and the maximum is 65 seconds.
Return To
Window
If you wish to restore focus to a particular
window after printing is complete the title of the Window can be
specified here. Normally, Visual Builder will return you to the
Window that was last opened automatically. However, if you wish to
return to a DOS application you must specify the Description/Window
Caption of the DOS application here. The Window caption can be
determined by clicking on the icon that starts the DOS application
and then viewing its properties.
Maximize On Restore
Tick this option when restoring focus to a
particular window, in order to restore the window to its maximized
state. If this option is not selected CAPITAL will attempt to
restore the window to its original state.
Print In Background
If this option is ticked Visual Builder does not
display print progress information when printing forms and reports
sent from CAPITAL Office. This allows operators to continue working
in CAPITAL with minimum disruption.

The following symbols will appear next to each
print job in the print manager job queue:
