Visual Builder always shows the total physical
size of the page. Setting the margins refers not to the margins of
the physical page but the margins of the four anchor regions of the
page. An anchor is a boundary area that permanently attaches an
object to a particular position on the page. An anchor would be
necessary if you wanted to position an object, such as a company
logo, on a particular location on the page and have it fixed in
that position for each subsequent page. Anchors may be necessary
for report forms, but usually aren't required on labels or regular
forms.
