CAPITAL Series 7 Visual Builder Reference Guide

Moving Forms

Use this utility to move files from the CAPITAL program working folder to the form folder or visa-versa. Forms placed in the working folder become visible to CAPITAL Office for Windows and are included on CAPITAL's reporting menus.

Forms moved out of the working folder are removed from the CAPITAL Office for Windows reporting menus.

Copy

Copies the currently selected file to the new folder location.

Move

Moves the currently selected file into the new folder location.

Delete

Erases the currently selected form.

Press generate/lookdir.gif to change the currently selected folder.

generate/redtrafficlight.jpg Erased forms cannot be recovered!

generate/redtrafficlight.jpg Do not place your edited forms in the FORMS folder.

Visual Builder will replaced/update forms placed in the \CAPITAL\FORMS folder with the latest versions of those forms the next time you upgrade your CAPITAL system. Any customisations you make to them will be lost. Always move the form you wish to edit to your \CAPITAL working folder first.
