Body Contents
This tab is used to define the overall display
characteristics of your form.
Style
Defines the body style of the form. For more
information on the different types of body styles available and
their implications see:
Form
Bodies.
You cannot change the body style of a form created by
the
Label
Wizard.
Body Field List
The list of fields attached to the current body.
A body must have at least one field attached to it for it to have
any effect on your form.
Select a field with the mouse and use the
and keys to rearrange the ordering of
fields.
Re-arranging fields on free form bodies has no
effect as these types of bodies do not require strict left-to-right
column ordering.
If you wish to remove a body field from a form
select the field and click on the Delete
button.
Row Height
You can increase or decrease the height of the
rows inside the body by specifying the size of the row in
pixel units for precise measurement. The default setting is
usually satisfactory. This option has no effect on "free form"
style bodies.
Shade Effect
If you wish to produce a strip pattern through
the rows of the body check this box. This is useful for making
pick lists and similar forms easier to
read.
Invisible
Select this option if you do not wish to show the
contents of the body on printed output. Check this option when you
have created a body to perform special calculations, but do not
want to show those calculations directly on the form.
