wpe9.gif (18276 bytes)   The CAPITAL Appointment & Task Manager is used to record appointments/meetings and events, as well as record lists of activities and to-do lists. It can assist with managing the schedules of multiple users. Notes, reminders and alerts can be set for both tasks and appointments. Tasks and appointments can also be associated with users, customer or supplier accounts, transactions, job cards and reference numbers. A powerful search feature allows you to locate information by any of these criteria & more.

The Hire Manager has been designed to track hire and sale stock for your customer. It can be essential when you wish to maintain historical information on hired stock and equipment, locate hire account details, correctly track and price hired goods, and perform repetitive billings. Hire Manager completely integrates with CAPITAL's accounting system and the stock control, serial number tracking and electronic form exchange systems.

 
wpe11.gif (24064 bytes)   Stock Control's "Power Find" is an extremely sophisticated search facility for CAPITAL--because finding the right stock fast is critical. It is possible to locate stock by product code, description, group, supplier, bar code or any standard or user defined informational field in the system--instantly. Fast key word searching allows you to find products based on key words or phrases that may appear anywhere in the main text area of the product description, usually instantly, regardless of the size of your stock file--it's just like searching the web. After you've found your stock items, you may 'tag' them for pasting into transactions, or check a customer specific price or its availability or predicted availability based on lead time & other factors.
 
wpe14.gif (20781 bytes)   The General Ledger Account Navigator lets you view your chart of accounts, and period activity and yearly balance for any account in the system. You can also view all historical postings to a general ledger code, and its assigned budget, such as period activity versus actual and variance, on-screen. You may also view this data for any period in the current financial year by changing the period assignment.
 
wpe2.gif (27073 bytes)   Many firms involved in manufacturing, engineering and repair, often need to modify or add value to stock they already own, or perhaps assemble components into a new product, or strip or disassemble a product into its component parts. When serial, batch or engine numbers are involved, the task can be even more complex to manage. CAPITAL's Assembler is designed to take the hard work out of tracking the stock control related issues affected by these processes. It allows you to raise and issue work orders for special work performed, and customer sales orders can be set to automatically generate assembly tasks and work orders.

It offers paper based or paperless picking & packing, scanning of received & dispatched goods and mobile stocktaking with integrated barcoding printing. Scan & Pack will allow your staff to acknowledge the existence of available inventory as it arrives 'off the truck'. It will also allow you to automatically generate emails and faxes with pick and dispatch confirmation as goods are packaged for shipping. Scan & Pack is ideal for businesses that do not require all the sophistication of the CAPITAL Warehouse Management System.
 
wpe7.gif (10105 bytes)   CAPITAL's Electronic Document Exchange component allows you to email documents such as invoices, purchase orders and statements as PDF files, automatically from within the CAPITAL system. Provided compatible faxing software is installed, CAPITAL can also bulk fax documents to multiple recipients. The Bulk Send feature allows you to either email, fax or print customer and supplier statements depending on the specified preferences of the account, and all in one step.
