Control's "Power Find" is an extremely sophisticated search
facility for CAPITAL--because finding the right stock fast is critical.
It is possible to locate stock by product code, description, group,
supplier, bar code or any standard or user defined informational field in
the system--instantly. Fast key word searching allows you to find
products based on key words or phrases that may appear anywhere in the
main text area of the product description, usually instantly,
regardless of the size of your stock file--it's just like searching the
web. After you've found your stock
items, you may 'tag' them for pasting into transactions, or check a
customer specific price or its availability or predicted availability
based on lead time & other factors. |

The
General
Ledger Account Navigator lets you view your chart of accounts, and
period activity and yearly balance for any account in the system. You
can also view all historical postings to a general ledger code, and its
assigned budget, such as period activity versus actual and variance,
on-screen. You may also view this data for any period in the current
financial year by changing the period assignment. |

Scan & Pack is an application that controls the movement and storage
of products and materials entering and leaving your warehouse. It offers
paper
based or paperless picking & packing, scanning
of received & dispatched goods and mobile
stocktaking with integrated barcoding printing. Scan & Pack
will allow your staff to acknowledge the existence of available
inventory as it arrives 'off the truck'. It will also allow you to
automatically generate emails and faxes with pick and dispatch
confirmation as goods are packaged for shipping. Scan & Pack is ideal

Electronic Document Exchange component allows you to email documents
such as invoices, purchase orders and statements as PDF files,
automatically from within the CAPITAL system. Provided compatible faxing
software is installed, CAPITAL can also bulk fax documents to multiple recipients.
The Bulk Send feature allows you to either email, fax or print customer
and supplier statements depending on the specified preferences of the
account, and all in one step. |
