ControlBar
CAPITAL Business Manager's user interface can be seen here. On the left is the ControlBar where operators can select which areas of the application to open. As the ControlBar icon is clicked on, the area is accessed.

The visibility and ordering of the items that appear on the ControlBar can be changed using the Menu Editor. As well as being fully graphical and mouse driven, CAPITAL incorporates a fully functional keyboard interface for fast volume data entry.

accounting dashboard

Dashboard
The Business Manager Dashboard is a central location where statistical information on your company database is kept. The Dashboard tracks KPI's, summaries of your sales activity, as well as information on customer and supplier positions, cashflow and activities such as to-do lists and upcoming appointments.

The Dashboard can be customised on a per user basis, so only the 'gauges' that interest that user (or that user has security access to) are displayed. Business Manager includes a library of over 100 dashboard gauges to select from.

business master screen editor

Screen Editor
One of the most exciting and innovative aspects of CAPITAL is its unique ability to let you exhaustively customise your master databases. This screen shows the stock control system set-up for 8 levels of cost and sell pricing. (Up to 25 'standard' price fields can easily be added as well as unlimited special discounts). You can design your own pricing structures by embedding calculations, add unique fields or images or extra buttons, remove unwanted information or move fields across multiple tabbed pages. Most important of all: customisations do not prevent you from upgrading your software at any time.

customer transaction history

Account Centric Navigation
Fast access to key information is seldom more than a few tabbed key presses away. This particular screen shows how customer transaction history, product sales, pending back orders, sales orders, quotations and service manager job cards can be viewed quickly without having to open and close different windows. Single mouse clicks move you to all these different areas. And by clicking on the vertical Record button, users can return to the account details view or choose to add or edit the transaction where applicable.

Graphical KPI's
3D business charts highlight important information when processing transactions, such as overdue account balances, average days to pay, available credit, order value in dollars pending but not yet invoiced and activity history. Users can also view other related transactions or 'zoom' into stock control, find and tag multiple items, and then paste them into the current transaction.

customer invoicing

Spreadsheet Style Fast Data Entry
The cleanly designed transaction input screens allow you to view product, account, credit control and other information by pressing on the tab buttons across the top of the input window. A comprehensive column library is included, and the size, position and column type can be selected by the user. Examples of Columns include: list price, back order quantity, location, weight, available stock, discount, mark-up, tax amount, tax rate, required by date, last paid for price, and so on. You can even create your own custom columns for special purposes.

back order control centre

Order Control Centre
The Back Order Control Centre is the repository that lets you view pending orders from your customers. Items back ordered from invoices or sales orders, automatically appear here as well as the list of all pending transactions. A traffic light symbol highlights whether an item has been allocated and is ready to ship (green), is awaiting allocation of stock (yellow) or if there is a problem, such as the item not being shipped before the customer's required date (red). Order Control Centre also optionally integrates with the Warehouse Manager to keep users informed of the picking status of goods.
