Cost Effective...
The CAPITAL Business Management suite of applications can be purchased in a variety of different editions to suite your business size and budget. Starting from economical editions that do not require the installation or management of sophisticated high end databases, right up to editions that feature fast and powerful SQL. Licensing involves a one off purchase only and there are no mandatory annual renewal fees. Service Plans are only required for our largest products. And all Service Plans or upgrades, regardless of your size, are very competitively priced.

Why Not MYOB or Quickbooks?
Such software has it's place, but if you need a more powerful and flexible solution and you have outgrown these smaller systems, then CAPITAL Business Manager may be the right move for you. Smaller systems tend to be inflexible, have limited functionality and customisability, and can sometimes suffer from performance issues. If your business involves handling products or is very service orientated, then smaller systems such as these typically don't have the breath of features that you will need to run your business optiomally.

Many business systems provide some form of contact management capability, but CAPITAL software integrates powerful CRM with lead gathering and tracking, opportunity management (sales funnel) and case management (help desk). Because the business relationship system is totally integrated, your sales and service teams have full access to transaction history, special pricing arrangements on products, and can raise orders, quotes and invoices without leaving their sales or service 'desk'.

Also included are appointment calendars and task management, plus document management functions. Organise and link to documents on your server, or on your website. You can even create new databases to hold your structured company information, which can integrate with all other parts of the business management framework.
