    "My client was actually quite terrified that now that they are starting to track this "cost" manually and make their 30 or so workshop staff sign out new tools, gloves, goggles etc, exactly HOW much is being lost. Goods are being taken home, the boys have known there was no checking and as such have had no respect for their tools. Russell says he can walk around the workshop at the end of the day and pick up at least two large handfuls of drill bits that have been discarded, probably after one job! - a thing of the past with CAPITAL.

Russell made the comment to Neil that the savings in this area alone each year will almost pay for CAPITAL anyway!

Their staff are great too, and 100% of them have thoroughly embraced the new system, comments range from "this is just sooooo cool" to "God, this is just so much better now!"

They are also starting to come up with their own suggestions for changes to processes and this has really been a boost for the owners Therese and Russell. Which really confirms and reinforces the drastic change from a single user license of MYOB to CAPITAL was really the way to go!

Don't ask me how they used to manage - I think they're trying to forget. Anyway - needless to say - your software really ROCKS! - so enjoyable to work on!"

    I thought you would be pleased to know that this morning we started receiving our first On Line orders via Egate. We are very pleased with this major step forward it will alleviate a large amount of order entry work for our office. This initial phase will bring our 40 distributors weekly ordering in through Egate. Our next phase is for our on road sales reps to be able to collect customer orders using PDA devices and transmitting those orders back via mobile phone data transfer to our Egate interface. We hope to have that in place within the next 8-12 weeks. Thanks for your help in getting this set up so far.

    You will be pleased to know that we ran a corporate training session company wide and the trainer used our data that I retrieved with some excellent Visual Builder reports I have written. The reports are based on all the drivers that create our sales turnover e.g., active accounts, transaction by our market segments, average sale, customer purchase frequency and so on.

The trainer was most impressed with CAPITAL and the information we could extract and commented that he has worked with multi-national companies with million $ IT budgets that could not provide the information we did. 

This once again in my eyes shows how superior CAPITAL is.
