If One Of My Account Codes Displays ??????????????
????????? then this generally means that the
chart of accounts code has not been defined in one of your general
ledger sets or is no longer valid. Check all of these first and
make sure they are all correctly filled in.
The other possibility is that a chart of accounts
code has been entered against a cashbook or supplier and this code
is no longer valid. (Because it has since been deleted from your
chart of accounts.) This can be harder to find. You might have to
run some dummy batches for smaller and smaller date ranges until
the problem transaction or transactions are found.
