Trial Balance

Options for the Trial Balance Report include:

From Account Code

Enter the account code to start printing from or accept the default which will be the first code in the chart of accounts.

To Account Code

Enter the account code to print up to or accept the default which will be the last code in the chart.

Print For Period

Enter the accounting period to print up to and including or click to select.

Include Zero Balances

Tick if you wish to list all account codes in the from - to range. Otherwise, leave unticked to exclude those accounts in the range that have zero balances for the currently specified period.

Include Year-to-dates

Tick if you want year-to-data balances/activity to be included in an additional column on the trial balance.
