Budgets And Variances

This report prints the period activity, period budget, percentage of the budget that was on target, and optionally, the year-to-date balance, year-to-date budget and the percentage of the year-to-date budget that was on target. Accounts with the type "heading" or "total" are not included on the report as they do not hold balances.

Completely customised budget reports may also be constructed by using report designer/editor.

From Account Code

The first account code in the range to include on the report or blank for the first code in the chart.

To Account Code

The last account code in the range to include on the report on blank for the last code in chart.

Print For Period

The period to print for up to and including.

Include Zero Balances

Tick if you wish to list all account codes in the from - to range. Otherwise, leave unticked to exclude those accounts in the range that have zero balances for the currently specified period.

Include Year-to-Dates

Tick if you want year-to-data balances/activity to be included in an additional column on the budget report.

Include Zero Budgets

Tick if you want to include accounts with zero budget figures.
