Transaction (Form) Printing
This dialog box can be used to quickly print a range of standard transactions. These transactions include invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, stock receipts, quotations, stock returns, requisitions and pick lists.
The account code to print for. Leave blank to include all or specify an account that must be matched.
You can also click on
to find the required account.
The account category the transaction must belong to. Leave blank to include all or specify the category that must be matched.
From Transaction
The first transaction number to print. If this is left blank, CAPITAL uses the first date specified.
To Transaction
The last transaction number to print. If this is left blank, CAPITAL uses the last date specified.
From Date
Specify the first date the transaction must match. You must specify a date unless you have already specified a transaction number. If you have specified a transaction number, this date becomes optional.
To Date
Specify the last date the transaction must match if applicable. This parameter is optional if you have specified a last transaction number.
Form
The name of the form to print.
Copies
The number of copies of the form to print.
