Report Library - Sales Analysis
Freight.sty - Freight on Sales Report
Lists the account code, date, transaction number and freight amount between two dates for transactions that have freight charges. The freight appears as a total at the end of the report.
NDaily.Sty - Sales Analysis by Product
This is a basic sales analysis report by product, sub-totalled by product code. It reports on quantity sales, unit prices, cost of sales, and total sales by product between two dates. It does not consider special situations such as foreign currency sales, lay-bys, cash orders, etc. However, it can be used as a starting point for building more complex reports.
Salesman.sty - Salesperson Performance Report
This is a cross-tabulated report that shows sales performance by salesperson by month over a 6 month period.
Salecom2.sty - Sales Commission Report with 2 Rates of Commission
This is a sales commission report that calculates invoice sales commission based on two percentage rates.
An example will illustrate how the report functions. Given a rate of 1%, a rate of 2% and a minimum sale amount of $100.00, then if sales are less than $100,00, 1% of that amount is calculated as the commission. For sales exceeding $100.00, the 2% rate is used to calculate the commission.
So for sales of $250.00, the commission calculation is as follows:
1% of $100 = $1
2% of $150 (amount over $100) = $3
Total commission = $4
In this report the second subtotal does the 'hard work' of calculating the correct commission. To view it select Body Properties from the Edit Menu and click on the Groups & Totals tab.
Stcomm.sty - Product Item Sales Commission
Calculates sales commission by checking the commission of each individual stock item. If a stock item is assigned a commission of 0% the commission assigned to the entire stock group is used instead.
This report uses the current group selection options in CAPITAL Office. First run CAPITAL and tick the stock groups you wish to include on the report under the Reports|Options menu.
Fill in the Commission % in either the stock group for a group of products or the Commission under the stock control record to override the group commission.
