Why does my field object disappear when I change its body number?

If the body number you have changed to is a "fixed" or "running" type, the field will automatically attach itself to other fields alongside that body. In order to ensure the even alignment of fields, the field may move its location as a consequence.

Why is the text in my note fields appearing cut off?

You have specified a Display Length for your note field which is greater than the rectangular region you have specified for it on the form. Either reduce the size of the Display Length field or increase the size of its display rectangle.

Why aren't field objects correctly centered when I select the Align-Centre command?

The text inside field objects can change depending on the data that is being retrieved and displayed by Visual Builder. With proportional fonts the letter "M" takes up more room than the letter "i". To ensure that text is not cut off when displayed, Visual Builder must allow room for "worst case" situations such as capitalised messages, etc.

This is not, by the way, a problem with text objects, as the size of the displayed text does not change and can be exactly determined by Visual Builder.
