Overriding Print Warning Messages
To ensure that forms and reports print correctly, Visual Builder associates each form with a specific printer. When printing from a network it may not be possible that all PC's have access to the same printer name. If this occurs, Visual Builder may display a warning message that the default printer could not be found and then present the end-user with a list of printers to choose from.
To avoid this behaviour the printer warning message can be turned off. If turned off, Visual Builder will send printer output to the default print device without further prompting.
Edit the VBPrint section of your CAPWIN.INI file found in your Window's system directory and add this entry as follows:
[VBPrint]
WarnPrinterMissing=Yes
If
you have designed a form for a printer with a large size and then attempt to print the form on a printer
with a smaller page size, the form may not print all the objects on the form or fail to terminate printing
correctly. Keep in mind that A4 sizes may vary from printer to printer, subject to the printer's physical
printable area. When designing forms it is extremely important that the form will work on the smallest
default printer available on your PC or network.
