Visual Builder Crashes When Printing
User experiences GPF or protection faults when running or printing from Visual Builder.
The two most likely problems are caused by faulty or incompatible video or printer drivers.
If Windows reports a "GDI" related problem, try changing the video driver selection. Press Start, Settings, Control Panel, and then click on the Display icon. Depending on your version of Windows, the video card you are using is normally found under Settings, Change Display Type, or Settings, Advanced...
Set the video card adaptor to "standard display type" and VGA or Super VGA under that category.
If that does not resolve the problem, test by changing the printer driver:
Look
for the latest version of the printer driver. The latest printer drivers for most printers are readily
available for download from the Internet.
Try
an earlier model of the same brand of printer which may often work.
