How to Install a Maintenance Update

Always make a back-up of your system's program and data files before you install an update.

Run the attached setup.exe program either from Windows Explorer or by clicking on Start, Run and selecting the path where SETUP.EXE is located. For example, if the SETUP.EXE program is found on your D: drive, you would type: D:\SETUP.EXE and click on OK.

Before proceeding with the installation of the update make sure that all copies of CAPITAL have been shut down on your PC and on any networked computers. This includes both CAPITAL and CAPITAL Visual Builder.

The update may not install correctly if CAPITAL is open and running on your system.

After the SETUP starts follow the on-screen prompts.
