Error Codes Overview
Automatic Repairs
An automatic repair should be performed on CAPITAL Office and CAPITAL GL Controller if you receive these error or warning codes during the operation of the system:

If
the Automatic Repair process fails, try running the Database Maintenance Operation.
Missing Data Files
These error messages may indicate damaged or missing data files. Performing an automatic repair may not help.

A Database Maintenance Operation (found in the Toolbox section of INSTALLATION Workshop) is a more powerful version of Automatic Repair although it may take longer to execute. It may also fix problems that cannot be corrected via an Automatic Repair alone.
Corrupted Data Files
May indicate that a file has been damaged or modified by an external application. Try performing an UPGRADE/RESTORE followed by an INSTWIN/A

Your program files will need to be restored from your back-up or last system update.

Note that 1313 may also be fixable by performing an Automatic Repair. Run Scandisk and then execute an automatic repair to see if that resolves the problem first.
