Data Collection Scripts

The Warehouse Manager provides user configurable script hooks to transfer information from and to mobile data collection devices. If you wish to communicate with a mobile device, these configuration files are not optional. They will be provided with CAPITAL if the device is supported directly by CAPITAL, or they must be configured via a third-party. When dispatching goods, a data file must be prepared and loaded into the data collection device. When receiving goods, the data file be retrieved from the data collection device. (Or more correctly, a communication link must be established between the software that comes supplied with the data collection device and CAPITAL.)
