Use this utility to copy or move a record to another CAPITAL database. A list of available destination databases will be displayed.
A move deletes the record currently selected after copying the record to the destination database.
For a copy or move to work, the destination database must have one or more fields that match that of the source database. For example, if the field name TITLE is held in both the source and destination databases, it will be moved. Matching character fields are always copied.
If the destination database does not have a field matching that of the source database, that information

Numeric fields are only copied if the field length and number of decimal places also match.
Hints & Tips
You must have the "add" security right to be able to copy or move records to different databases. For example, you will not be able to copy to the stock database if you do not have security clearance for adding stock.
