Transaction Notes

Unlimited comment, note or special instruction information may be associated with each transaction in CAPITAL. To access a transaction's note area, select from the transaction menu, View|Transaction Notes or press ALT-Y.

Note information may be included on forms as well, on an area designated on the form, of a fixed size. The Visual Builder dictionary field TRANNOTES is used to display this information on forms.
