Transaction Entry Tutorial
The following tutorial applies to all types of transactions. Invoicing is being used as an example in this tutorial.
Creating An Invoice
From the Main Menu Select Transaction|Invoicing.
Type the Account Code or click on
to select a customer from the presented list. (You can also press the F12 button to view the list.)
If
you want to select a different delivery
address from the list then select from the menu View|Delivery Addresses and enter it here. Or you
can click on the
across from the Delivery field.
3. Click on Settings|Charges tab button if you want to change the date, enter a freight charge, record shipping instructions and other information about the transaction.
4. In order to start entering product details, click on Items tab button.
5. To enter a product start typing in the product code. To look-up a product code click on the
or click on the Find button, or press F12 to search for a code.
6. Once you have found the product click the Paste button.
7. To move to the next column press the left arrow key or tab key. To move back press shift tab or press the right arrow key. Press the left arrow key until you move to the Qty column and enter the quantity you wish to invoice.
8. Press the tab button or right arrow key until you move to the Sell Price column. Fill in the price if it has not been filled in for you automatically.
Repeat Steps 5 to 8 until all the products you want have been added.
9. When you are finished entering products click on the Save button to finalise the invoice and print it. You can turn off printing by unticking the Print box located in the bottom left hand corner of the transaction page.

in Sales
Orders, Quotations,

Purchase
Orders, Stock
Receipts, Stock
Returns and Requisitions
(Enterprise & Corporate Edition Only) you can jump to any other of
the transactions by doing the following:
Select the tab button on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on Add.
A selection of transaction names will appear. Highlight the area you require e.g. Quotations, click on Add.
The system will take you to Quotations where you can add a new Quotation.
Alternatively, you can also do the following:
Select from the menu the following: File|New
Choose the transaction you wish to start.
Click on the Add button.
