Stock Warranty/Service Cover Report (#130)

Enterprise & Corporate Edition Only

To access this report select from the main menu Section|Reports and then double-click on the Stock Warranty/Service Cover Report from the list.

Use this report to list all stock item sales that are covered by a warranty or service contract that has expired.

Account Code

The customer account code to limit the report to. Leave blank to include all.

Category

The customer category to limit the report to. Leave blank to include all. You will not be prompted for the customer category if you have specified an account code.

Product Code

Enter the product code here if you want to limit the report to a particular stock item only. If you want to list all stock items or stock items by product group, leave this blank.

Expiry Date

Enter the first/starting expiry date to check for. For example, if you want to list a product that has expired between the 2nd of March 2002 and the 10th of March 2003, you would enter 02/03/02 here.

Enter the last/ending expiry date to check for. Using the above example, you would enter 10/03/02 here.

Hints & Tips

• If you need to limit the report to a particular stock item at a particular location (assuming that you have multi-location stock control active), then press F12 to select the item/location combination.
