Stock Sales Analysis

To access this feature move to Stock Control, and from the menu select View|Stock Sales Analysis.

This facility produces a sales and movements overview for the current stock record over numerous months. Amounts are shown tax free and quantities are in standard units of sale measure.

Column	Meaning
Amount (ex tax)	The dollar value in sales and related movements ex taxes.
Unit Sales	Total unit sales and movements that are not deliveries or lay-bys/cash orders.
Unit Lay/Orders	Total units assigned to lay-bys and cash orders. For more information see the topic: Lay-bys & the Cash Order System.
Unit Deliveries	Total units assigned to transactions that have been assigned to the delivery docket transaction type. For more information see the Delivery Docket transaction type under Invoicing - Transaction Behaviour in the INSTALLATION Workshop program.
Unit Total	Combined total unit movements.

Views sales and movements by month and type.

Sales

View dollar sales history in graphical form.

Units

View unit sales history in graphical form.

Sales or movements to internal accounts are included under the Unit Sales column.
