Stock Quantities - Consignment List (#103)
To access this report, select Section|Reports from the main menu and open report 103.
The consigned stock quantities report is often used to create a "total worth" listing by cost or sell price of stock that has been consigned to you.
This report always lists stock at the current available level. The report cannot be printed by date range,
so if you need end of period figures, it is important that this report be printed on the required day.
Include Zero Quantity Stock
Tick 
to select all stock, not just stock holding inventory, to be included on the report.
List Extended Descriptions
By default CAPITAL will print each line of the extended description of a product on this report. If you want the description limited to the first line only, untick this option. This will save paper if most of your stock items have been assigned extended descriptions.
List with Box Quantities
Tick
to show quantities in box
quantities where applicable.
Minimum Quantities
Enter a mimimum quantity to include on the report or leave set to zero to ignore the minimum quantity. For example, if 100 was entered, only stock items with unit quantities equal to or greater than 100 would be included on the report. If a range is specified the Include Zero Quantity Stock setting is ignored.
Maximum Quantities
Enter a maximum quantity to include on the report or leave set to zero to ignore the maximum quantity. For example, if 10 was entered here, only stock items with quantities equal to or under 10 units would be included on the report.
