Standard Style

Variance Style
In this format sales, deliveries/receipts, returns, assemblies and other adjustments are shown and a variance column indicates the total quantity changed between the two selected dates.
Include Only Kits
Tick
this option to list kit related movements only.
Box Quantities
Tick
to show quantities in box
quantities where applicable.
Hints & Tips
For 'variance style' reporting positive numbers on the report indicate sales/reductions in stock. Negative numbers indicate purchases/stock/receipts and other increases in stock.
Movements are recorded and reported at the component or unit level. Keep in mind that many stock sales analysis reports will display information summarised at the "kit" level if stock kits are in use.
If you have selected Movement Details and purchase order or stock receipt deliveries are listed, then the quantities shown are those after any box conversions have taken place. Caution is required if the box conversion factor of a stock item has changed between deliveries of stock, as the quantities listed on this report are always based on the current/last box conversion factor recorded against a stock item.
