Select
the group you wish to include or exclude, and double-click to mark or unmark it. A tick 
will appear next to the group's code when the group is marked.Stock & Supplier Group Lists
To access the Stock Group List select Tables|Stock|Stock Groups from the main menu. From Stock Control select View|Stock Groups from the menu. To access the Supplier Group List select Tables|Stock|Supplier Groups.
Use the Stock Group or Supplier Group List to review your list of stock groups or supplier codes, mark groups for inclusion or exclusion from stock reports and to add, edit, delete and set special group properties.
Marking Groups
Select

Press the button to quickly mark all groups. Press the button to quickly unmark all groups. You may also press the
button to individually mark or unmark the selected group.
