Staff Time Analysis Report (#802)
Service Manager Component Only
To access this report from the main menu select Section|Reports, click on Service Manager and select the report from the list.
Reports staff time sheet activity based on service management (job/project) costing and billing entries.
Employee Code
The employee code. Leave blank to report on all employees within the specified report range.
Open Jobs
Tick
to include jobs with a status of "open" on the report.
Closed Jobs
Tick
to include jobs with a status of "closed" on the report.
Quoted Jobs
Tick
to include jobs with a status of "quote" on the report.
Completed Jobs
Tick
to include jobs with a status of "completed" on the report.
Suspended Jobs
Tick
to include jobs with a status of "suspended" (on hold) on the report.
Sort By
Charge per hour
Select this if you want the report sorted by highest billed charge to lowest billed charge for all employees within the report range.
Cost per hour
Select this if you want the report sorted by the highest costs incurred to lowest costs incurred for all employees with the report range.
Employee code
This option will sort the report by employee code in alphabetical order.
Job hours
This option will sort the report by the highest number of billed hours to the lowest.
Highest profits
This option will sort the report by the highest profits to lowest profits according to employee activity.
Job Details
If ticked
,
the jobs each staff member worked on is listed below the employee summary line.
For
date range reports, the date on the employee's time sheet entry is reported on, not the date of the job
card.
The
Travel column is the total of travel x travel charged. The Total Costs and Total Charges columns include
the Travel amount. The Hours and Billed columns do not.
