Send Document As Email
Electronic Document Exchange Component Only
Use this facility to send a form, document or report as an Email attachment to an Email address.

To
The Email address that the document will be sent to.
CC
The carbon copy (secondary address) that the document will be sent to.
BCC
The blind carbon copy (secondary address that will not be visible to other email receipients) that the document will be sent to.
Subject
The subject heading of the Email.
Attach
The path and file name information of any additional files you wish to attach to the Email.
Options
You may specify the importance of the Email here.
Send Immediately
If this choice is ticked the message will be given the highest priority and CAPITAL will request that the message be sent immediately. Any scheduler options (such as, for example, directions to send messages in batches every 30 minutes) will be overridden. Only messages also marked as 'Send Immediately' and placed in the mail queue before your message will be given higher priority.
If
all message scheduling is deactivated 'Send Immediately' will still have no effect. For information on

High Priority
The message will be placed in the message queue for attention before messages with normal priority.
Normal Priority
By default all messages are treated as having a 'normal' level of importance. These messages are placed at the bottom of the current message queue and dispatched on a first come/first served basis.
