Restore Wizard

This Wizard restores a back-up created using the Backup Wizard. The Wizard can be started by selecting File|Restore Wizard from the main menu.

Restore From

Specify the directory location or disk drive where the back-up is stored.

Name

Select the name of the back-up file to restore.

Restore To

Indicate where you wish to restore the back-up to.

Validate backup before restoring it

Tick to make CAPITAL check if the back-up is fully readable before commencing the restore process.

Backup files created by the Backup Wizard are stored in "ZIP" compatible format. It is also possible to selectively restore a back-up using utilities such as Winzip and PKZip.

The Wizard can also be executed directly by running: INSTWIN /RESTORE
