This window appears when running most stock related reports.

Sort by
There are various options in CAPITAL reports for sorting.
Product
Prints report in product code sequence.
Description
Some reports allow you to print them in product description sequence rather than product code sequence. This option may not be available on all reports.
Group Selection
When sorting by groups, groups must be marked, otherwise they will not appear on the report when Sort By Stock Groups or Supplier Groups is selected.

New Page Per Group
Tick
to start a new page each time the group changes.
This option is usually not applicable if you are already sorting by a group. However, the Stocktake
Sheets report is an exception. If you are printing reports by group and select Sort
by Description as well, then Stocktake sheets will be sub-sorted underneath each group by description
instead of product code.
When sorting stock reports by description, only the first line of the description will be sorted. Additional
description lines are ignored.
From Class
Leave blank to include all items or specify a starting class code here.
To
Leave blank to include all items or specify an ending class code here.

Base Price
This parameter may be optional. If prompted for a base price, this is the stock price code between A and H in Stock Control. Click on the drop down list to select a specific price.
Location
The location field may be available on certain reports. Click on
to select from the list or leave blank for all. If a Location is specified,
the information appearing on the report will be limited to that location.
