Repair Tracking Report

Enterprise & Corporate Edition Only

This report is used to list all stock items pending to be sent back from your suppliers that are presently being repaired.

Filters

RA Number

Your supplier's return authorisation number/reference.

Product Code

The product code of the item out on repair.

If multi-location stock control is activated and you need to perform a search for an item returned from a specific location, press the F12 key and select the item and location here.

Supplier Code

Te supplier account code.

Customer Account

The customer account code of the customer for whom the repair is being performed, if applicable.

Tran No.

The transaction number of the sale relating to this return/repair.

Older Than

If a number is entered here then only repairs which are older than this number of days will be listed on the report. For example, if 60 is entered here, then only repairs that have not been fully returned for more than 60 days from the current system date will be listed on the report.

Report

Customer Details

If ticked then the details of the customer (account code, name, date, and address details) are listed alongside the item returned for repair. This information is only available if a sale transaction number has been entered as a cross-reference on the repair's return details.

Comments

If ticked then any description or comment lines linked with the product item on the Stock Return will also be listed on the report. This may include information such as the product fault, etc.

Status

Pending

If selected, only items that are still waiting to be sent back from your suppliers will be listed on the report.

All (History)

If selected, all items that have been sent out on repair will be listed on the report.

Date Range

From Date

If specified, only stock returns with this start date or later are listed on the report. If not specified, all stock returns from the earliest in the system are listed.

To Date

If specified, only stock returns with this end date or later are listed on the report. If not specified, all stock returns later than this date are excluded.
