To execute this utility select from the INSTALLATION Workshop main menu Diagnose|Recalculate Invoicing...
Use this utility to repair invoice related transactions that have been damaged due to data corruption, to check on the integrity of your invoice file, and to update invoices with new costs based on current stock file pricing.
From Transaction No
The first transaction number to start checking from. If a transaction number is not specified the recalculation check starts from the first transaction in the system.
To Invoice No
The last transaction number to check. If a transaction number is not specified the recalculation checks transactions up to the last one found in the system.
Automatically Fix Errors
If ticked
problems found are fixed automatically (if possible). If this option is left unticked, only a list of
known problems is generated.
Cost From Stock
Tick
to re-cost an invoice based on current stock file cost prices. This can be useful if an invoice was written
before current pricing was entered into the system.
Be
careful when using this facility. Invoicing goods before obtaining the correct price may adversely affect
CAPITAL's average cost calculations.
