Quotations Are Valid For

Enter the number of days a quote is valid for. For example, if you enter 30 here, the expiry date of the quotation will default to the quotation date plus 30 days. If you leave this set to zero, a default expiry date is not assigned to quotations. The acceptable range is from 0-999 days.

Add Reminders For Follow-ups

If this option is ticked generate/tick2.gif a reminder is added to the system to inform you when the quote is ready to be followed up.

generate/notepad2.gifIf a quotation is edited and resaved and a reminder already exists in the system, it is deleted and replaced with a new reminder.

Automatically Close Expired Quotes

If this option is ticked generate/tick2.gif CAPITAL will treat quotations that have an expiry date as 'lost' (not successful) when the expiry date exceeds the current system date and the status of the quote was previously set to 'open'.
