Hints & Tips
The 'accepted versus lost or expired' value at the end of the report shows the percentage of quotations that have been accepted (won) relative to all accepted, lost and expired quotations listed on the report.
The 'average number of days to win quotes' shows the average number of days it took for a quote to be accepted from the date of the quotation. Quotations that have been input as 'accepted' immediately are not considered. (The quotation must have been saved under a different status, and at a later time, its status changed to 'accepted'.) The date of acceptance of the quotation must also be greater than or equal to the date of the quotation.
The 'average number of follow-ups required' considers only accepted quotations. If a single quotation has been followed up more than 10 times, then only a maximum of 10 follow-ups are considered for that transaction, for the purposes of the calculation.
