Print Labels For Sales Orders

This feature is available if you have specified a Picking Label form under Install|Forms from within INSTALLATION Workshop. To access, start a sales order and from the sales order main menu select File|Print Labels...

From Transaction

The first transaction to print labels for.

To Transaction

The last transaction to print labels for.

Copies

The number of copies to print.

Spool

The print spooler to send the spool file to.

Hints & Tips

Labels are not printed for stock items if the Labels field is unticked in stock control. CAPITAL also examines the Labels Per Unit field to determine how many labels should be printed per stock item.

To prevent label printing for a stock item untick the Labels field. It is not sufficient to set the Labels Per Unit field to zero.

You cannot print or reprint labels for back ordered items that have already been picked and released from the Back Order Control Centre. The Print Labels utility will automatically skip items that have already been shipped.
