Service Manager Print Job Card ![]()
Service Manager Component Only
To access the print job card facility, go to the Service Manager area and select from the menu File|Print.
From Job Card
Enter the first job number to start printing from.
To Job Card
Enter the last job number to print to.
Completed Range
By default the date range for job printing is based on the Received (entry date). Select this option to base the date range on the Complete By (service performed on or job finished) date.
From Date
Enter the start date of the first job to print.
To Date
Enter the last date for jobs to print.
Category
Enter the job category to optionally print for here.
Form #1
The name of the job card form to print.
Copies To Print
The number of copies to print of each job card form.
Form #2
The name of the second job card form to print. Leave blank if you only require the printing of the first form.
Copies To Print
The number of copies to print of the second job card form.
Spooler
The name of the print job spooler file to send printing too.
If your network is setup so that different running copies of Visual Builder monitor different print jobs, you can send the print job to another spooler so that it will be processed by a different computer on your network.
Fax
If ticked
this form will be faxed.
Either
a compatible fax printer driver or a fax server must be installed on your computer or network in order
for you to make use of this feature.
Electronic Document Exchange Component Only
Hard Copy
If ticked
a printed copy of the selected form will be generated.
If ticked
this form will be emailed.
