Price Lists Report (#124)
To access this report, select from the main menu Section|Reports, click on the Stock Control button, scroll down to the Price List report and press the button to start it.
Prices
Enter up to six prices to include on the price list.
Label
When a price is selected, the price's description appears under the Label column. You may change the label of the column that will appear on the report by editing it here.
Qty Break
If a price list for a customer is generated, you may specify a quantity price break condition here. For example, if you have selected * - Customer Special as the price, and enter 100 under Qty Break, then the price that the customer will receive when they purchase 100 or more units will be calculated for this column.

Size of Price Fields
Enter the width of each price column on the report. The minimum size is 6 and the maximum 15.
Decimal Places
Enter the number of decimal places for each price column. If you specify a lower number than the default, CAPITAL will round up each price. The minimum number of decimals is 2.
Account
If you are generating a report for a specific customer, enter the customer's account code here. This field is not applicable if you have not selected at least one * - Customer Special price field.
Include Quantities
Tick 
to include the current available stock quantity on the report. This is the total stock available for sale,
which is total stock less allocated stock.
Include Unit Measure
Tick
to include the unit of measure on the report.
Custom Sort Sequence
If ticked
the alternate product code rather than the standard product code will be used to control the sorting sequence
of the report. If the report is also sorted by stock or supplier group, then sorting will be in alternate
product code sequence by group.
Extended Description
The full product description (even if this extends for several lines on the report) will be printed by default. To restrict the printed description to the first line of the description only, untick this option.
Zero Quantities
Tick
to include stock items on the report even when there are zero in stock. To only print a price list for
the stock you are carrying untick this option.
Hints & Tips
Stock items that do not have their Pricelist field in Stock Control ticked will be excluded from the report.
If price field names get truncated on your report headings, you should specify a larger price field size.
