Overtime & Absent Work Periods ![]()
To access Overtime and Absent Work Periods select Tables|Operators|Staff Profiles from the main menu and then press the button to enter absence periods or the button to enter overtime and additional work periods.
A
staff member's standard work roster should be entered in your employee's Staff
Profile under the Roster tab. Instead, use this area of the system to account for non-recurring time
periods such as holidays, sick days off, etc.
Press to add a new absent or overtime work period or press to change the period. Press to remove the entry completely.
Employee Code
Enter the employee's code here or press F12 to look-up a list of employees based on the entries contained in the Staff Profile list.
From Date
Enter the start date of the absent or overtime work period.
To Date
Enter the end date of the absent or overtime work period.
Time
If applicable, enter the start and end times as well. For example, if a staff member will not be available for half a day on the 17th, then you might enter the absent time as 12:00pm to 5pm for the start date of 17/01/06 to 17/01/06.
