Create a Hire Sheet
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press the button.
Add a Hire Item to a Hire Sheet
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press .
3. Press the button.
Check if A Hire Item Will Be Available For Hire
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press .
3. Enter the product code to query.
4. Tab to the Hire From Date and enter the first date of proposed hire.
5. Tab to the To Date and enter the last date of proposed hire.
6. Press
Check Who Has a Hire Item
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press .
3. Enter the product code to query.
4. Press
Invoice a Hire Sheet
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press .
3. Select your invoicing options.
4. Press
Print a Hire Sheet
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. Press .
3. Select your printing options.
4. Press
View Items Which Are Due For Hire or Return
1. From the CAPITAL main menu select Section|Hire Manager.
2. From the hire menu select View|Activity Manifest.
