Hire Manager Copy Job Card

Hire Manager Component Only

To copy an existing job card select File|Add with Copy from the Hire Manager menu or hold down the shift key when pressing the Add button.

Copy Account/Address Details

Account name and address related information is copied into a new empty job card. The discount and tax status are not copied.

Copy All Details Without Charges

All job card record details are copied into a new job card, except for user defined charges. Stock hire items are not copied from the existing job.

Copy Details With Charges

All job card record details are copied into a new job card. Stock hire items are copied from the existing job.

New (Empty) Job Card

Creates a new job card without copying across any details from the existing job card. This option is equivalent to adding without copying.

Include Notepads

Tick this option to copy note pads from the existing job card into the new job card.

Include Stock Items

The stock/materials list from the existing job is copied into the new job. Quantities are not copied across so this must be re-entered.

If you select to copy all details, notes and/or stock, the Undo button will not be available. CAPITAL must create a new job card first, in order to be able to move this additional information into it. If you decide you do not want the new job card you must either edit or delete it in order to remove it from the system.
