CAPITAL's Hire Management System has been designed to track hire and sale stock for your customers. It can prove useful when you wish to maintain historical information on hired stock and equipment, locate hire account details, and perform repetitive billings.

Hire Manager will allow you to:

• Reserve and then bill stock items and equipment entered on the hire job--there is a direct link to your stock control system.

• Track which items have been placed on hire, for how long, and to whom. It also tracks any changes made to hire status, returned goods, and items that require billing.

• Notes, remarks and instructions (of no practical size limit) can be attached to each hire job. These notes can optionally be printed on hire job card forms.

• A hire job card can be closed or reopened at any time. A job card can also be entered as a "quotation" (quotes do not alter your stock levels) and then easily converted into an open job or back into a quotation again.

• A status screen is linked to each job, listing the total amount invoiced so far and amounts pending future billing. Current account details including credit limit, year-to-date sales, last invoice and payment details, and amounts owed aged by period are also displayed.

• All invoices produced from a job can be listed on-screen, and "zoomed" for closer inspection at the press of a few keys.
