Find Unpaid Transaction ![]()
CAPITAL attempts to locate the first matching unpaid transaction with any of these entered search parameters:
Transaction No
Enter the transaction number to locate or leave blank to skip searching on this field. CAPITAL will attempt to match the transaction number before any other comparison.
Date
If a date is specified an attempt is made to match a transaction with this, unless a matching transaction number is specified and found first.
Reference
Attempts to locate a transaction with a matching reference if not blank. Partial matches are allowed, so entering "ABC" would locate the Reference "ABCDEFG". Reference matches are done last if other search options have been specified.
Our Reference (or) Details
Attempts to locate a transaction with a matching secondary reference field, if not blank. Partial matches are allowed, so entering "ABC" would locate the secondary reference "ABCDEFG". Reference matches are done last if other search options have been specified.
Amount
Enter the full transaction amount (excluding any payments or part payments already made) If zero is entered, no attempt will be made to match a transaction based on the amount.
When
using this option the balance column of the list of unpaid transactions shows the unpaid portion of each
of them. If the transaction has already been partially paid, the full amount will be different from the
balance.
Paid-up
transactions and transactions on hold are always excluded from the search.
