Exchange Rate Table

To access the Exchange Rate Table select from the front menu Tables|Cash Management & Currency|Exchange Rates.

Use this facility to maintain a list of currencies you will be working with when using CAPITAL. You may record the currency symbol, currency name, exchange rate and general ledger set.

You may add an unlimited number of currencies to the system if you need to specify ones that have not already been defined for you. The exchange rate entered in this table will represent the default exchange rate which will be issued when you enter foreign currency related transactions.

Foreign currency codes may be assigned to either customer or supplier accounts. Locate the account you wish to assign a currency to, and enter the currency code in the Currency field of that account.
