Details Report (201 & 301)
To access this report from the main menu select Section|Reports... Click on Customers or Suppliers depending on the report you require.
This report produces a summary or detailed report of your accounts file. The Summary version lists the name of the account, the code, the contact name and telephone numbers. The detailed version of the report also include the address, category, fax, credit limit, balance and period break-downs, year-to-date (YTD) sales, last sale and last payment, and other information.
Category
You may specify an account category to report on.
Account Type
Enter the account type. Account types include regular, standard, internal (departments) or all.
Sort
By Code. Sorts the report by account code.
By Name. Sorts the report by account name.
Salesperson
The salesperson code to limit the report to. (Only applies to the customers version of this report.)
On Hold Only
Tick to only list accounts placed on hold.
Head Offices
Tick to only list accounts marked as head offices for central billing or in the case of suppliers, "buying group" headquarters.
Summary
Tick to produce a summarised version of this report.
