You may assign an unlimited number of delivery addresses to each customer or supplier account. To access the multiple delivery addresses window, select Delivery Addresses... from the View Menu.

This facility allows you to add, edit, delete or locate delivery addresses, as well as step through and view any delivery addresses already entered in the system.

When entering a delivery address you must specify at least a delivery name or the first delivery address line.

If you are using delivery addresses with supplier accounts you may specify an unlimited number of your own delivery addresses. For example, if you have multiple warehouses or stores, these would be the delivery addresses of each of your locations.

Delivery addresses placed under supplier accounts are available to all suppliers.

Delivery addresses placed under customer accounts are only available, initially, to the customer they were entered under. You can, however, search across the entire list of available delivery addresses if necessary.

Add

Press the Add button to add an delivery address.

Edit

Press the Edit button to edit a delivery address.

Delete

Press the Delete button to delete a delivery address.

Notes

Press the Notes button to assign notes/special delivery instructions to a delivery address. If notes are assigned to a delivery address, they are transferred to the Transaction Notes area, when assigned to a transaction.
