Customer Sales Order Report (#221)

Use this report to list the total number of sales orders for a given category of order.

Account Code

Enter the account code or click on and select from the list or leave blank to include all.

Orders Currently On Order

Select to include all orders whose status is marked as "on order".

Orders That Are Delivered

As above, except for order status marked as "delivered".

Orders That Are Cancelled

As above, except for the order status marked as "cancelled".

Orders Partially Complete

As above, except for order status marked "partial fill". (These are sales orders which have had some items already invoiced and shipped.)

Orders That are Suspended

As above, except for order status marked as "suspended".

Include Tax

Tick to include the tax component in order cost and sell prices.

Department

For users of multi-stock locations type in department/location name or click on to select from a list of choices. Otherwise leave blank to include all.

Profit

Margin

Select to display the profit margin after the sales total column.

Mark-up

Select to display the profit mark-up after the sales total column.

None

Select to exclude profit information from the report.
