Show Budgets

If selected, this will instruct the report to include the sales budget, actual performance, and percentage target performance on the report. Only products that have been specified product budgets via Stock Control, will display this information. As the budget is entered as a yearly total, CAPITAL automatically scales the budget to reflect the total budget/actual as a proportion of the report's specified date range.

generate/notepad2.gif If a product has a budget and this option is selected, CAPITAL will display that product on the report, even if there have been no sales for the specified period. In this case, the target budget met will be zero percent.

Include Tax

By default, the tax portion of the transaction is included as part of the sales total. Untick to exclude tax from the sales figures on the report. The gross margin will also be based on the tax free cost if this option is selected
