Card File Copy
To access this utility, select from the main menu Section|Card Files and then press the Copy button. Use this feature to make a copy of the empty structure of a card file or a duplicate copy of a card file including its contents.
Empty Structure
Select this option to create a duplicate copy of a card file while not moving across any of its record contents.
Complete Database
Select this option to make a duplicate copy of an existing card file including all its contents.
Card File Code
Enter a code up to 8 characters, to use as the card file name. The code must consist of letters and/or numbers only.
Card File Name
Enter a title for the card file.
